At Allure The Brand, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and attach the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
